Miyoshibashi three-way bridge Tsukiji former river Tokyo

Miyoshibashi 三吉橋, a three-way bridge built in 1929 that spanned the Tsukiji river and which now (in its current form) spans a highway underpass. See: Canals of the Ginza: floating through time on Tokyo’s central waterways 東京江戸「水の都」
