This has nothing to do with Tokyo, but I came across my old photos of the Niagara Mohawk Power Building and figured I’d share. This 1932 masterpiece is probably my favorite art deco building, perhaps because its location in Syracuse, New York is decidedly more obscure than, say, the Chrysler Building’s.
