Taken from the top of Benkei-bashi bridge 弁慶橋, we see a hill near today’s exit 5 of Nagatachō Station 永田町駅, near Akasaka-Mitsuke intersection. Climbing the hill appears to be an old Toden electric streetcar. On top of the hill, at right, is the official residence of the Japanese House of Representatives.
