Kabuki-za and Tsukiji River

Tokyo’s Kabuki-za kabuki theater as it existed in approximately the 1960s (it has since been re-built). The theater, in the middle of Ginza, used to be surrounded by canals that have since been filled-in. See more at: Canals of the Ginza: floating through time on Tokyo’s central waterways
